Terms and conditions apply to brokers\sales persons when registering their clients to bid on a particular property.
Any prospective bidder/buyer that has previously been in contact with Fortna Auctioneers or the seller concerning the subject property will NOT be eligible as a client for any Broker or Salesperson.
If prospective bidder/buyer contacts Fortna Auctioneers or the seller prior to our receipt of the Broker Participation form OR if the buyer/bidder is the Broker/Realtor OR if the prospective buyer/bidder is a neighbor to the seller OR if prospective buyer/bidder has received auction information from Fortna Auctioneers, the Broker/Realtor will NOT qualify for a commission.
A Broker/Realtor cannot register themselves as a prospective bidder and earn a commission at the property auction.
BUYER MUST HAVE BEEN INTRODUCED TO THE REAL ESTATE AUCTION SOLELY BY THE BROKER/REALTOR.
